Earth Hotels Project Set To Appoint Main Contractor By Q4 2023

According to an official statement from Earth Hotels’ CO-founder, Alan, Honein, the Earth Hotels Project will appoint its main contractor by the fourth quarter of 2023. The hotel project in Ras AL Khaimah (RAK) is located on AL Marjan Island. With a total budget of 300 million UAE dirhams ($81.67 million), it aims to open by the first quarter of 2025.

Thus far, the project. better known as Earthshore, has managed to finalize all design packages. At the moment, reports noted that the company is in the process of obtaining necessary approvals from Ras Al Khaimah and municipality authorities. Quite impressively, it spans an area of 300,000 square feet. Furthermore, the development will include 265 rooms that strive to cater to environmentally conscious travelers. Each property will be crafted with careful consideration to the materials used, and energy conservation alongside construction methods. Additionally, accommodation will range from terrace suites to resort rooms as well as two-bedroom SKy VIllas. 

The design creation of Earth Hotels Project is by C-Lab Architects. Meanwhile, a regional firm, PECO received appointment as the hotel development’s project manager. SYDEN, forming part of the overall team, will serve as the project consultant.
