Construction work is rapidly progressing on Wildwood Eden Village, a 130-unit single-family rental community in Florida. The development is taking place under a partnership between EDEN Living and (Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing) MSRIE’s Investment fund. Recently the developer, EDEN Living received a $22 million nonrecourse loan, secured by JLL from City National Bank

Wildwood Eden Village will be built on 15 acres of land located on the east side of Interstate 75, at 2072 County Road 501. Therefore, the project’s location will be about 48 miles away from Orlando and provides access to the city through Florida’s Turnpike.

It’s also in close proximity to Brownwood Paddock Square, the downtown hub of a master-planned The Villages community. Additionally, Residents of Eden will have access to nearby golf courses as well as commercial and retail spaces surrounding the property.

Development plans for Wildwood Eden Village community

Eden Village will be a story build-to-rent community which offers its residents comfort and privacy. It will consist of 130 units of single-family homes, which include one and two-bedroom homes. The design shows 799 square feet one bedroom, one bathroom unit, and 1,268 square feet two bedroom, two bathroom units. Furthermore, all units will have fenced backyards, with some also having detached garages.

Eden Village apartments will offer in the house luxurious amenities which include stainless steel appliances and spacious kitchens with granite countertops. In addition, the units will be furnished with spacious walk-in closets and kitchen islands with seating overhangs. It also includes washer and dryer facilities, modern lighting fixtures, and a wood-style plank flooring design.

Wildwood Eden Village’s Residents will enjoy access to shared facilities such as a resort-style pool with lounge seating and a fitness center. It will also include a clubhouse with gaming and TVs, 24-hour emergency maintenance, a dog grooming station & dog park. What’s more, a professional on-site management program will be organized on the property as well as other social events. The developer expects the project to be ready for occupancy by the first quarter of 2024.
