Elan Group’s The Presidential Contract has been officially awarded to Leighton India, an Indian operation arm of Leighton Asia. The company’s operations arm is also a member of the internationally known CIMIC Group based in Australia.
According to a press release, the Rs 1,000 crore residential project will include an air-conditioned triple-height lobby. Furthermore, it will also feature a podium-level clubhouse alongside 3-level basement parking. Additionally, its location is 15 minutes from the Delhi Airport, offering seamless connectivity from Delhi.

Location of Elan Group’s The Presidential Contract
The luxury residential project’s location is within Sector 106 of Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon, also known as Mini Singapore. In a nutshell, it strives to develop futuristic and unique residencies that incorporate specialized designing. Moreover, the Indian Green Building Council Pre-Certified Gold-rated building accredited the development.
