The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, developed through a collaboration between UAE real estate firm London Gate and Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller, is rapidly taking shape in Dubai Marina. Designed to soar to a height of 450 meters (1,476 feet) across 106 stories, the project holds the title of the world’s tallest branded residential clock tower and the world’s tallest residential-only clock building. Named after Franck Muller’s most intricate wristwatch, the architectural landmark will feature a massive 40-meter-tall by 30-meter-wide clock at its crown, designed to be visible from up to 6 kilometers away. Furthermore, this building will join others such as the Dubai Holding Headquarters in redefining the skyline of Dubai.

Construction on the mega-structure is making steady progress toward a targeted completion date in late 2027. Following a complete sell-out of its residential inventory within three months of release, main contractor Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction completed the substructure and advanced the superstructure beyond the 75th floor, crossing over 70% of structural works. High-speed vertical transportation and smart mobility solutions are being delivered by elevator manufacturer KONE, which is installing 38 specialized units, including 14 MiniSpace DX elevators powered by carbon-fiber UltraRope technology. Driven by the overwhelming commercial success of the Aeternitas Tower, London Gate and Franck Muller have expanded their real estate partnership into a multi-tower portfolio, launching their second project, the 34-story Franck Muller Vanguard Tower in Dubai Marina, with further developments planned across the emirate.
