Gold Coast Twin Towers Andrews Projects

Andrews Projects has commenced construction on its A$900mn South Beach twin towers development in Surfers Paradise, transforming one of the most ambitious high-rise sites in Gold Coast from a previously approved ultra-dense supertall scheme into a lower-density luxury residential project. The project broke ground in February 2026, around the same time when the Trump Tower Gold Coast project was unveiled. The Trump Organization project has since been scrapped.

The site was originally approved in January 2023 for two towers rising 104 and 73 storeys with approximately 1,100 apartments, but following Andrews’ acquisition, the proposal was substantially redesigned and repositioned into two 37-storey towers delivering 394 premium residences above a six-level podium.

Located at 3006-3016 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, the project now prioritizes wellness-led luxury living, resort-style amenities and owner-occupier appeal over the earlier high-volume model, with construction now underway and phased completion anticipated from 2028 onward.

Gold Coast Twin Towers: Andrews Projects Unveils an Australian Masterpiece

Reported November 30 2023 – The Gold Coast Twin Towers by Andrews Projects have made a big change to the city’s look. These are some of the most expensive houses in Robina being built by the family-owned company. The Cascade project costs $270 million and includes building two 15-story towers. It will be different luxury living for more than one thousand people.

The Gold Coast city council approved the project in January. Already, more than a half of the 229 apartments and villas have been sold. It’s more than just about fancy homes. Instead, it’s providing an additional three hundred jobs and stimulating the local economy. The big move this week follows seven months of debate for Andrews projects. These solutions are wise and address problems like a shortage of workers or high construction prices. Southeast Queensland has many such developers because of high demand for building jobs.

The oncoming Brisbane 2032 Olympics have made this a necessity.

Gold Coast Twin Towers Transforms Luxury Living

Sarah Andews, Andrews Projects sales manager, explained the reason for the change of heart. In her words, this was all about taking control of their future and their work. She highlighted that they worked with a builder and the cost turned out to be too high in the end.

At 116 Laver Drive, a massive plot of land was acquired for about $13.6 million in the year 2021. Hence, the Gold Coast Twin Towers were conceptualized by Bureau Proberts as a skyscraper township in a high altitude-area. The super tall windows, massive balconies, and luxurious six-star features will grace Andrew’s Project’s towers. The unique “curvy style” has incorporated a 25-meter resort pool, gymnasium of 170 sq metres as well as a sauna, cryotherapy, as well as a steam bath. Luxuriant homes begin from $850,000 to set the pace of living in Gold Coast.

Sarah Andrews, sharing the family’s joy, highlighted, “Starting to build Gold Coast Twin Towers is a big step. Cascade shows our dedication to the community and creating jobs, all while offering a fancy living experience for the future residents of the Gold Coast.”

She also added that the project is expected to  give a boost to the economy in Robina. This is in line with the state government’s idea for the Olympic Satellite Village. The development will be finished in 2026 being the boldest project  to be undertaken by the Andrews family.

To sum up, the Gold Coast Twin Towers project is a brilliant idea. It culminates luxury, community involvement, and economic efficiency. The project shows progress towards the state government’s vision for the Olympic village.
