Post District Residences, a new apartment community in Salt Lake City designed by architecture firm MVE + Partners is officially ready for occupation.
The development is located at 575 South 300 West, right off the primary entrance and exit to the city. It features a total of 580 spacious units including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom.
The units come with upscale finishes such as stainless-steel appliances, refrigerators with water and ice makers, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Additionally, each unit showcases open-concept living spaces and large windows. The latter brings in natural light ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable and stylish living environment.
In addition to the 580 new multifamily units, the Post District Residences features retail/office that came about by re-purposing the existing industrial buildings in the premises.
Some of the retail space occupants will include Urban Hill, Sunday’s Best, Level Crossing Brewing Company, MENSHO and Traeger Grill’s worldwide headquarters. Other than hosting the retail and space, the repurposed buildings contribute to preserving the City’s character and add a certain flavour to the entire development.
The Post District Residences features a wide array of amenities designed to enhance its residents’ lifestyles.
These amenities include resort-style features and inspiring spaces such as the 7,000+ square foot fitness centre with cutting-edge equipment. Additionally, there are indoor/outdoor pools, rooftop decks with sweeping views, a golf simulator, and a creative space for artists and content creators.
