A contract has been awarded for the development of Q Holding’s 1,742 Villa Project in Abu Dhabi. The design and build contract for the two major residential development was awarded to Trojan General Contracting by the projects developer and UAE-based company, Q Holding. The community project’s agreement follows a recent partnership deal between the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and Q Holding.
The project strives to provide sustainable communities for Emirati citizens. It will thus feature comprehensive infrastructures such as parks and green spaces, In addition there will be social, education, and service facilities as well as roads. Additionally, the project aims to be in accordance and alignment with the highest of standards.
Implementation of the Q Holding’s 1,742 Villa Project in Abu Dhabi
Spanning a total area of 6 million square meters, the residential project will be carried out in two regions; the West Baniyas and Al Samha. The first section of the project, West Baniyas will include a total of 1,500 villas. Its implementation is said to be over the next four years. The second section of the project, Al Samha, on the other hand will spread over up to 500,000 square meters. In total, it will include 242 villas alongside key lifestyle amenities. For Al Samha, its implementation will be over a 38-month period according to an official report.
While speaking on the Q Holding’s 1,742 Villa Project in Abu Dhabi, Majed Odeh, the Group CEO, said that it serves as a reflection of the solid commitment towards providing added value. More especially, towards Abu Dhabi’s economy and the larger society in general. Majed Odeh further noted that the expertise of the project’s partners should be a guarantee that the development will be complete in time. Meanwhile, Trojan CEO Engineer expressed delight in the project’s contract award. Mohammed Mahmoud stated that the company will certainly deliver to the highest level of expertise.
