RAK Officially Launches The Twin Tower Oceano Project

Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) has officially launched the Twin Tower Oceano Project at Marjan Island. UAE-based Luxe Developers constructed the $408 million (AED1.5 billion) twin tower development. Its residential design was by leading architectural and engineering design firm, Diwan Architectural and Engineering Consultants.

In total, the project spans a built-up area of 79,000 square meters. Quite impressively, the Twin Tower Oceano Project features 206 residential units, across 18 storeys. Furthermore, the development includes one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. Alongside a total of six penthouses and two exclusive and unique sky villas, that offer residents access to private pools. Additionally, residents will receive access to outdoor and indoor entertainment areas with spectacular views of the horizon.

The Twin Tower Oceano Project Targets To Redefine Luxury Living 

According to an official statement, residents of the Twin Tower Oceano Project will have access to amenities that are associated with five-star hotels. These include a state-of-the-art gym, yoga room, as well as a library. Moreover, it will feature a luxury spa, a chauffers’ lounge, and an infinity pool that connects the two towers. Taking it a step further, the development will also include jetty access for yacht owners. 

The premium waterfront project got unveiled at an event held in Atlantis The Royal. In attendance were the Counsel General of India and the Managing Director of Luxe, Siddharta Banerji. Additionally, Luxe Chief Technology Officer Nitin Yadav and Chairman Shubam Aggarwal were present.

While commenting on the project, Shubam Aggarwal noted that the company remains committed to developing exceptional living spaces that offer inspiration. Furthermore, the Chairman said that the Twin Tower Oceano Project strives to redefine the concept of luxury. In addition to proving an unmatched living experience. As a result, residents will receive 24-hour security and concierge.
