Al Naseem Villa Project in Bahrain is reported making significant progress. This was revealed by the Integrated City Development, Diyar Al Muharraq. The firm said that over half of its construction work for the second phase has been completed. This includes works pertaining to all basic infrastructure and alignment. As a result. the residential development targets to reach completion in the last quarter of 2023.

Right within the heart of the Southern Island, the Al Naseem Villa Project features three to four-bedroom units. In addition to various essential facilities, the villas boast access to a private pool as well as an on-demand elevator. Moreover, the development also offers convenient access to the water canals.

Al Naseem Villa Project to be completed in 2023

The development of the villas began in April 2022, and ever since, construction works have been proceeding rapidly, well in accordance with the planned schedule. While commenting on the project, Diyar Al Muharraq noted that it includes 6 types of residential villas. At an estimate, the units span from 305 to 384 square meters.

Its location is within the largest integrated city in Bahrain. Alongside a balanced mix of residential and commercial facilities, the community also offers recreational avenues. Moreover, it includes healthcare facilities that strive to encompass a futuristic, smart, and self-contained model city.

Meanwhile, Ahmed ALi Alammadi, CEO of ENgineer noted the project’s 50% completion rate is a great reflection of the resilience and effort of the entire development team. In addition to timely delivery, the Al Naseem Villa Project aims to comply with high-quality standards of construction at Diyar Al Muharraq.

Currently, the remaining work includes the construction of 114 villas as well as show villas and road pavement paving. Upon completion, the residential development will double up as the first gated villa community in the model city.
