A project for the construction of Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City has been launched by leading real estate developer, Azizi Developments.
The project is a part of Azizi Development’s extensive portfolio. It heavily focuses on commercial and residential properties across the region’s most sought-after locations. At an estimate, the developer boasts over 100 ongoing projects scheduled for delivery by 2023.

The development will feature modern low-rise buildings that will include studios in addition to 1 and 2 bedrooms residences. The size of the units will range from 411 to 1,036 square feet.

While commenting on the project, the CEO of Azizi Developments said that it aims to serve as a serene escape from the city’s bustle. Moreover, Farhad Azizi said that Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City will grant young professionals and their families easy connectivity. Thus, the project’s design considers young, in-vogue families and adults, alike.
The project will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024. Residential unit costs start from $159,400 (AED 585,000) including 40/60 payment plans.
