Park Avenue II Project in Dubai is reportedly progressing steadily. UAE-based real estate company, Azizi Developments made the revelation. According to the company, nearly 81% of development works are complete. Furthermore, Azizi revealed that the residential community is due for completion by Q2 2023.Â
Park Avenue II is located right within the MBR city. As a whole, it strives to serve as a vibrant as well as well-connected residential community. Quite impressively, it features 372 homes, alongside 29 retail units. Moreover, each building boasts its own swimming pool and fully equipped gym. Additionally, the residential community is in a fully-landscaped setting.Â
Thus far, the project’s blockwork, structure, and internal plastering are all 100% complete. Meanwhile, HVAC, MEP, and Tiling works are currently at 84%, 77%, and 89% respectively. In regards to the swimming pool as well as surrounding areas, the work-in-progress stands at 47%. Not forgetting the facade that is 95% complete. Lastly, the project’s developer said that external works are 40% complete.Â

While commenting on the project’s progress the CEO of Azizi Developments expressed delight in the development works in addition to looking forward to its successful completion. Farhad Azizi further said that the project’s construction made great use of only the best quality building materials.
