Newcastle Central Station renovation work shall resume by next month as part of the two major Newcastle City center developments that have been recently knocked down after a construction giant that is found in the North East collapsed. In the coming phase of the redesign and transformation of a portion of historic steam locomotive works of Robert Stephenson were left in a dilemma after Tolent went for administration at the start of the year.
Newcastle Central Station Renovation Works
The Newcastle City Council is currently almost selecting builders who are going to get the two projects back underay. At that Newcastle Central Station, Robertson Construction Limited is going to have the responsibility of completing the work on the new western entrance that is located at the Center for Life that is going to head the passengers downwards toward the platforms.

The redesign of Newcastle Central Station also entails other plans of setting up a brand new entrance to the station that is situated on Neville Street. These proposals were brought forward in the year 2019 and should have come to an end in the year 2021 but it was quite unfortunate that it did not come to pass as it got to encounter quite a number of setbacks that came along the way. In the meantime, the council has stated that the regeneration of the Pattern Shop in the Stephenson Quarter to one modern office development shall come to an end at the beginning of next year.
Another spokesperson gave a brief confirmation that the appointed company of Robertson shall finish a couple of projects in the city which are Improvements of the Central Station and the renovation of the building that is referred to as the Pattern Shop. Work of these projects is foreseen to be resumed on the two sites as from July which is next month with the works at the Pattern Shop shall be done at the start of the next year and works of Newcastle Central Station will have been finished by the end of the current year.
