A new Retail Support Centre (RSC) will be established by Ace Hardware Corporation in Kansas City, Missouri. Over 350 employees are anticipated to have work prospects at the new plant. The centre is slated to be completely operational in 2025 and cover an area of over 1.5 million square feet.
To balance its current distribution system and fulfil the demands of its expanding retail environment, Ace Hardware is constructing a new facility. Ace Hardware has had a $12 billion growth in retail sales over the past ten years. Ace has also opened 850 new stores in the last five years. This is a result of 11 years in a row of domestic retail expansion.
With the help of its network of distribution centres, Ace is able to provide the greatest service and support in its industry to its merchants, and the new facility in Kansas City will help the business keep up with rising demand and anticipated future expansion.

According to Ace, the new Kansas City RSC will dramatically boost nationwide service levels and inventory capacity. It will be the first building in the new KCI 29 Logistics Park, built by Hunt Midwest. Additionally, it will be roughly twice as big as the typical Ace RSC.
It will have over 1.5 million square feet of floor space. Ace claims that the Kansas City RSC will be outfitted with cutting-edge technology, automation, and warehouse management systems, similar to the company’s most recent growth of its distribution network.
