Cityview, a Los Angeles-based developer, and Stockbridge, an investment group, have begun work on, Apollo, a 265-unit multifamily property in the city’s South Bay. Cityview’s next multifamily project, a transit-oriented development in Gardena, is set to open in 2025. The apartment complex will have a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The 265 units are outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz worktops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, smart thermostats, keyless entry, and smart home systems. Additionally, they will have complete fibre optic internet and Wi-Fi. The biggest digital display screen in the South Bay, a collaboration with the city, will be located on the building’s side.
