Lore Development has unveiled its innovative design for a 69-story apartment tower, Summit Brickell, located in the heart of Miami’s bustling Brickell neighborhood. Spearheaded by a partnership between Miami-based Leste Group and Brazil’s Opportunity Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, the project, named Summit Miami, was initially announced in June. Lore Development secured the expansive 2,770-square-foot site at 1015 S.W. First Avenue and 88 S.W. 10th St. through an agreement with GW Brickell LLC, sealing the deal at $35 million.
Acknowledging the strategic significance of the new 69-story apartment tower in Brickell location, Lore Development has recently submitted a pre-application to Miami-Dade County authorities. This move stems from the site’s inclusion in the newly expanded Rapid Transit Zone and its adjacency to the bustling Brickell Metrorail Station, a key player in the county’s mass transit system.
