A 303-unit multifamily community dubbed Enclave Deer Moss Creek in Niceville, Florida is under construction by MH Deer Moss Creek. Recently the local developer announced the groundbreaking of the project, scheduled for delivery by the first quarter of 2025.

The Enclave Deer Moss Creek development is taking place on an 18-acre site at 1000 Deer Moss Loop. Therefore the new residential community will be in close proximity to several beaches in the surrounding area. Residents will also have access to the nearby James Lee Beach and Henderson Beach State Park. 

Development plans for the Enclave Deer Moss Creek community

Enclave Deer Moss Creek will consist of 303 units spread across nine 3-story apartment buildings and two 2-story apartment buildings. All rental units will be furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring, upgraded cabinetry and trim.

Additionally, the community will also include a 7,935-square-foot clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool surrounded by pergolas.  Residents using the clubhouse amenities will also have access to gas fire pits and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. There will be two dog parks, two playgrounds, and a mail kiosk available on the property as well.

The developer plans to work on some site improvements for the new community. The plan for the improvements will cover water, storm, and sewer utilities which connect to existing public utilities. In addition, the developer will also work on resort-style hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, and ponds.

Wooden framed with steel stairs will be used for the construction along with precast elevator shafts. But the exterior will use fibre cement siding with stone accents and it will feature architectural-style asphalt shingles. 

The project team

The development team for the Enclave Deer Moss Creek development will include FaverGray as the general contractor. While HEDK from Texas will be the architect, and Meeks Design Groups will handle landscape services. Jenkins Engineering will provide civil engineering services, and Jordan & Skala Engineers will be in charge of MEP services.
