Recently a four-story, 122-room hotel dubbed Everhome Suites Glendale broke ground in Glendale, Arizona. Choice Hotels International Inc will include this new hotel as the newest addition to its portfolio. However, HighSide Companies, a Denver based firm with over 100 years of commercial real estate experience, will develop the project.
Ron Burgett, Choice Hotels’ Senior V.P for franchise development, extended stays, expressed satisfaction with the brand’s ongoing national expansion. He believes they will swiftly deliver the new Everhome Suites Glendale hotel project. Especially since they have a proven track record and a collaborative partnership with a highly experienced developer like HighSide.

The new Everhome Suites Glendale hotel will be built at an ideal location near Luke Air Force Base. In addition, Boswell Medical Center, State Farm Stadium, and the Loop 101 will also be easily accessible from the property. According to the developer, a modern, efficient design will be incorporated to suit the needs of extended stay travelers. The project has its opening date set for the third quarter of 2024.
Development plans for the Everhome Suites Glendale hotel
Upon completion, Everhome Suites Glendale hotel will have guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stove tops and microwaves. Additionally, residents will have access to spa style bathrooms, open/closed storage and ample counter spaces. The property will offer free WiFi, weekly housekeeping services, pet-friendly options, and 24/7 guest laundry facilities.
Everhome Suites Glendale will also include contemporary multipurpose lobby areas, along with a 24/7 self-serve, tech-enabled Homebase Market.” The Homebase Market will offer food, beverages, and groceries. Additionally, the property will provide a 24/7 fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment.
