The 657 rental apartments by Dominium in Goodyear will provide housing to individuals aged 55 and above, as well as families at affordable rates. Owen Metz, Senior Vice President with Dominium, underscored the importance of providing housing options that are within reach for Goodyear residents employed in various sectors, such as restaurants, hospitals, and schools.

The Goodyear City Council unanimously approved the rezoning of the 28-acre site for the rental apartments in January 2022. The developer is partnering with the nearby community, Canyon Trails, to re-landscape a wash area, reducing outdoor water usage and exemplifying responsible development practices.
