The facility is expected to cost US$24 million. It will contain 44 completely furnished permanent supportive housing units in addition to 40 fully furnished recovery dwelling apartments. A computer lab and assistance with starting small businesses are some of the amenities provided.
Additionally, private counseling and treatment, career education and job training services, a fitness area, and retail space are all included in the 65,000-square-foot complex. The company will be able to offer women as clients for the first time. This is thanks to the increased number of residential units and services.

“The Anchor at Mariners Inn in Detroit is anticipated to be finished by the end of the following year. The revival and progress we are witnessing all around us will be built upon by this loving environment.
It will transform how people are cared for and treated,” said David Sampson, the chief executive officer of Mariners Inn adding, “This new facility will allow us to serve even more people and save even more lives, helping us to truly make a difference in our community.”
