Construction has commenced on a 290-unit luxury apartments project dubbed Jefferson Addison Heights in Dallas County, Texas. Recently, JPI broke ground on the residential property as its latest endeavour in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Upon completion, the new development will bring JPI’s portfolio to 29 properties which amount to 9,276 units in total.

JPI is building Jefferson Addison Heights on a 3-acre site at the Southeast quadrant of Airport Parkway and Addison Road. It’s a convenient location that’s only about a mile away from the Prestonwood Town Center in the northern Dallas metro. Therefore, it will offer future residents access to big-name retailers like Walmart, Michael’s, and Wells Fargo.

Development plans for the Jefferson Addison Heights community

Jefferson Addison Heights will be a five-storey luxury apartment with an assortment of leading amenities typical to JPI communities. Therefore, the homes will be furnished with stone countertops, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, and a minimum of 10′ ceilings. Additionally, the community also features facilities such as a clubhouse and a game room equipped with chess, pool, and shuffleboard. Residents can also enjoy access to a fitness centre, yoga and spin studio, a resort-style pool, and cabanas. The developers expect leasing to commence by October 2024.

JPI has incorporated a distinctive design for the Jefferson Addison Heights property which maximizes the nearby views of Addison Airport. Their goal is to provide a connection for pedestrians and residents walking to the amenities offered within Addison Circle. Additionally, the fourth floor of the building will include mezzanine units with private roof decks to overlook Addison Airport. This exclusive feature grants access to some of the town’s premier seats for the annual Kaboom Town fireworks show.

Mayor Bruce Arfsten praised JPI for bringing the Jefferson Addison Heights community to the city of Addison. The Mayor mentioned that JPI has a track record for delivering best-in-class homes. Therefore, he said the city was excited to partner with the developer to deliver this new community to the residents.
