A luxury multifamily community dubbed Lenox Heights Apartments has officially broken ground in Houston, Texas. The entire development cost of the project will amount to about $31.2 million. Funding for the project will come from a construction loan provided by the International Bank of Commerce in April.
OHT Partners is building the five-storey, 359-unit apartment complex on a 3.7-acre site at 333 W. 24th Street. Therefore, its location is within walking distance of 19th Street and a short drive away from a two-story H-E-B.
The developer said the property offers a combination of convenient short commute times including access to nearby retail and dining options. Additionally, it’s also less than 3 miles away from Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital. Steinberg Dickey Collaborative will be providing the architectural and design services for the project

The developer expects the Lenox Heights Apartments development to reach completion by the first quarter of 2025. OHT Partner V.P., Jackson Simons also mentioned that the project’s location will attract young professionals and families alike. Especially since it’s in close proximity to employment centres and a charming neighbourhood setting.
Development plans for the Lenox Heights Apartment community
Lenox Heights Apartment community will have a mix of one and two bedrooms ranging between 629 to 1,247 square feet. All units in the 359-unit community will be furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and smart home technology.
In addition, the property provides shared amenities such as a sky deck with views of downtown and two resort-style pools. Residents will also have access to a co-working studio, fitness centre, clubhouse, pet spa and so much more.
Besides Lenox Heights Apartments, OHT Partners also broke ground last fall on Lenox Bayside, a 315-unit project in southeast Houston. OHT’s other apartment projects include The Laura in Houston’s East and The Drexel, in the Greenway/Upper Kirby area. The Laura is a mixed-use development, while Lenox Bayside is a 315-unit residential apartment.
