The Life Storage facility is spread across a three-story building which occupies about 91,458 square feet, at 3764 Jacobs Crossing. It offers over 600 climate-controlled units with varying sizes of storage units, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Additionally, the property also features on-site amenities such as 24h video surveillance and password-protected control systems.
Besides standard security features, the Life Storage facility also provides amenities to enhance the experience for both residential and commercial customers. The facility offers customers 24 hour access, with easy payment options and online reservations along with flexible rental agreements.
The development team that worked on the Life Storage facility included Kimley-Horn as the project planning and design consultants. The general contractor for the project was J.M. Williams Contractors and Arch Trulock served as the architect. While SignAccess was in charge of the sign fabrication and installation. The developers chose Life Storage as the operator for the storage facility under management agreement.
The Life Storage company is a renowned owner and operator of more than 1,150 self-storage properties in the USA. Another self storage property opened earlier this month, under the company’s management. The recently opened 78,000 square foot building brings the owner’s portfolio to 50 facilities in 14 states.
