Southwest Value Partners and Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) have achieved a significant milestone in their ambitious Nashville Yards project by securing a substantial $211.97 million construction loan from Bank OZK. This financing marks a pivotal step in the transformation of Nashville Yards into a vibrant mixed-use entertainment district.
The construction loan is dedicated to Entertainment District in Nashville Yards, the development of two iconic buildings situated at 20 and 30 Platform Way S. The first of these structures will serve as a commanding 4,500-capacity live music and event venue, complemented by ground-level retail spaces. Adjacent to this entertainment centerpiece stands an impressive 12-story architectural marvel—a Class A+ tower poised to host a 12-screen experiential cinema. This tower has already attracted esteemed tenants like Ocean Prime and Iconix Fitness, further solidifying its significance.
Nashville Yards is ready to redefine downtown Nashville through its expansive 2.46 million-square-foot mixed-use entertainment hub. Among its remarkable features is a 12-story, 456,000-square-foot structure that promises a comprehensive experience, housing a movie theater, innovative office spaces, a second-level big-box store, and ground-floor retail. Additionally, a 4,000-person, 125,800-square-foot event venue is destined to become a cultural hotspot, adding to the project’s allure.
The residential aspect of Nashville Yards Project
The residential facet of Nashville Yards is equally impressive, boasting two towering structures rising 34 and 35 stories high. These residential towers will collectively offer 696 units, complemented by an array of amenities. Residents will have access to meeting rooms, diverse dining options, convenient retail outlets, a state-of-the-art gym, and a serene pool. A picturesque pedestrian “paseo” will connect these four main buildings, creating a welcoming outdoor environment for visitors to enjoy.
The collaborative team of professionals behind the Nashville Yards development project includes renowned architects Gresham Smith and HOK, experienced civil engineers RaganSmith Associates, talented landscape architects Hoerr Schaudt, and the esteemed multifamily developer, StreetLights Residential, based in Dallas.
