The groundbreaking of a five-storey luxury rental community dubbed the Mirra community took place recently in Dallas, Texas. The subsidiary company of Toll Brothers known as Toll Brothers Apartment Living partnered with Pondmoon Capital USA to develop the project.
Last year the developers secured a $49.5 million construction loan offered by Santander Bank to develop the Mirra community. Based on their agreement terms, the loan is set to mature by June 2026. However, the developers expect the project to reach completion by 2024.

Mirra community will be developed on a 2.96-acre site located within the Frisco Square community at 8320 Church Street. Therefore its location is adjacent to Remy and Kilby, two communities that are also within the Frisco Square master-planned community. Additionally, Mira Residents will have access to various restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues within walking distance of Frisco Square. The property also offers an easy commute by car to the city’s DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport.
Design plans for the Mirra Community
The design for the 285-unit Mirra development includes a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom floorplans. The apartments will also feature granite countertops with tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and designer custom cabinetry. All living areas will be furnished with wood-style flooring, while the bedrooms’ floors will have carpets. In addition, the units will include extra-large closets and smart home features. However, select residences will have private balconies and terraces, as well as private yards.
Shared luxury amenities at Mirra will include a lounge and bar, mailroom, clubroom for residents, billiards lounge, and coworking spaces. On top of that the property also features an outdoor lounge equipped with gaming and grills and a bike lounge. Residents will enjoy access to fully-equipped gym facilities and a resort-style pool. In addition, the community will offer them access to 435 vehicle parking spaces and some charging stations for electric vehicles.
Toll Brothers Apartment Living and its partners built both Kilby and Remy communities, which offer a total of 615 units combined. The developer already completed the Kilby community in 2021. However, Remy’s opening was planned for this fall.
