Trademark Property Company, located in Fort Worth recently announced plans to construct a high-end mixed-use community called The Vickery, near downtown Fort Worth. On Monday Trademark Property Company confirmed the acquisition of the land and successful financing for this project. The construction loan of $61 million was provided by First United Bank with SCOA Real Estate Partners serving as the capital partner according to a press release.

The primary goal of The Vickery project is to cater to the expanding population in the outskirts of downtown Fort Worth and the thriving Near Southside district. This area has transformed into a neighborhood with walkable amenities such as popular restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops.

Chad A. Colley, Trademarks mixed-use partner expressed his excitement about presenting this project despite the conditions in the capital markets. He attributes The Vickerys’ success to demand factors in Fort Worth and Trademarks proven track record, in developing amenitized mixed-use spaces.

Given the expected scarcity of construction we anticipate a rise, in the desire, for high-end apartment living in the coming years. The Vickery is strategically positioned to cater to this demand by providing housing options complemented by amenities.

This community will be built on a five acre plot, at the intersection of West Vickery Boulevard and Hemphill Street offering 307 high-end apartments, 14 townhomes, and a stand-alone restaurant spanning 5,300 feet.

Also; according to a press release, The Vickery’s residential units are designed with high-end, luxury finishes and a top-notch amenity package. And the amenities will include a spacious public green area, a pickleball court, two dog parks, a coworking lounge, electric vehicle charging stations, a rooftop lounge, and a heated resort-style pool.

The Trademarks’ portfolio includes prominent locations like Galleria Dallas, Lincoln Square, Left Bank, WestBend, Waterside, 5000 S Hulen, and Alliance Town Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Other notable properties are Market Street – Woodland in the Woodlands (Houston), Dunham Pointe at Cypress, La Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi, Texas, Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri, Annapolis Town Center in Annapolis, Maryland, North Point in Alpharetta (Atlanta), and Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
