Hogback Development and The Hotel Group (THG), will commemorate the topping off of the 74-room Tru by Hilton Yakima, Washington. THG is a subsidiary of Hotel Equities (HE), and a prominent national hotel management, investment, and development company.
In the past few years, Hogback Development has converted Rainier Square from an underdeveloped and underutilised 1960s style-centre to a dynamic mix of eateries, retail, and commercial businesses. Tru by Hilton Yakima is situated next to the Home2 Suites there. The four-story Tru by Hilton hotel is co-owned by THG and Hogback Development. It is scheduled to debut in the spring of 2024.
