Design plans for the Westchester Place tower
According to Mayor Noam Bramson, the tower will be of high-quality designs which will raise the bar for the city. He said Fogarty Finger’s designs would make the 315-apartment tower into one of the most aesthetically striking buildings in Westchester County. The new tower’s exterior will have a solid wall design, along with a white terra cotta façade and bronze features. Additionally, it also offers energy-saving features over a glass facade.
Rachel Spater, Allstate Ventures’ Project Manager said the Westchester Place tower was designed in the post-pandemic era. Therefore, he said the work-from-home or hybrid lifestyle was taken into consideration during the project’s design phase. Spater mentioned that the design team included a 2,000-square-foot co-working area, along with six private work booths. Additionally, a conference room will be provided for meetings, including flexible space in several residences for home office use.
