Alta Fontana, a new residential neighbourhood in Fontana, California, has officially begun construction, according to Wood Partners. The new community is scheduled to debut in the summer of 2025.

Alta Fontana inhabitants will have access to good work prospects within a number of big enterprises. These include Kaiser Permanente, Target, Costco, and Prologis. Additionally,  Amazon, UPS, QVC, and Cardinal Health. The Inland Empire has drawn many high-growth businesses.

Alta Fontana’s excellent location at 14817 Foothill Boulevard in Fontana will put residents close to many of the area’s top dining and retail destinations, including 1.5 million square foot Victoria Gardens, which houses a wide variety of upscale stores, restaurants, and entertainment spaces, and Ontario Mills.

Alta Fontana will provide 344 apartment homes with one-, two-, and three-bedroom unique floor plans after construction is finished. Furthermore, each home will have a contemporary interior design with high-end equipment. This includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and designer tile backsplashes. Additionally, wood-style flooring and full-size washer and dryer sets are included in each unit.

Further, residents of Alta Fontana will have access to a variety of top-notch amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool and spa, outdoor cooking stations and fire pit areas, a children’s play area, and plenty of outdoor seating, through the property’s five outdoor courtyards, each of which has a different theme and function. Additionally, residents will have exclusive access to modern indoor facilities like a club room, business centre, and fitness centre.
