Plans for the Zahw mixed-use development in Assiut Governorate, Egypt, have been announced. The project will be developed by Madinet Masr. The latter is one of Egypt’s leading urban community developers. It was previously known as Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development.

Reportedly, Zahw mixed-use development is the company’s first project outside East Cairo. It represents its expansion strategy that aims to launch multiple projects in diverse geographical areas across the country. This strategy will subsequently affirm Madinet Nasr’s leadership in the Egyptian real estate market.

The Zahw mixed-use development in Assiut Governorate

The development occupies a total area of 104 acres in the western part of Assiut. It encompasses more than 1,250 residential units, 297 of which will be delivered in the first phase of the project. The units will come in varying sizes and types ranging from standalone villas, twin villas, townhouses, and family villas to Z-villas.

In addition to the residential units, the Zahw mixed-use development features a commercial area that stretches along the main road spanning nearly 15,000 sqm. Moreover, it features a 20,000 sqm sports club promising its residents an inclusive modern lifestyle.

Noteworthy, the project is strategically located in front of Badr University. It is also in close proximity to Assiut International Airport and 15 minutes away from the city centre.

The Zahw mixed-use development, which is clearly uniquely designed to cater to the various needs and demands of customers, is scheduled for delivery within three years.
