For instance, Ghana is converting the current 140-acre Ghana International Trade Fair Center site into a new modern mixed-use smart, green, and sustainable commercial estate. The project is set to be carried out in phases, the first of which will focus on the development of the Convention Center and Exhibition Halls. This is in preparation for major events such as the World Economic Forum in Africa. Furthermore, the next phase will include luxury hotels, high-end malls, and other residential and commercial developments. Spearheaded by the Ghana Trade Fair Company, the company is positioned to promote and exhibit Ghana’s products to attract investors.
