Aston Martin, the iconic luxury British sports car and grand tourers manufacturer recently launched its first-ever first real estate project dubbed Aston Martin Residences in Miami.
Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way along the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami, Florida, United States, the building was launched during the week of the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2024.
The 66-storey Aston Martin Residences Miami is reportedly the tallest all-residential building south of New York City at a height of 249 meters or the equivalent of 818 feet. It offers approximately 400 1-5 Bedroom Residences, Duplexes, Penthouses, and Triple Penthouse.
The crown jewel is the Unique Triplex Penthouse located at the top of the building. The three-floor condominium spans a total of 27,191 square feet of living space and it comes with a private butler available around the clock.
Aston Martin Residences Miami integrates private lobbies, a fitness centre spanning four levels between the building’s 52nd and 55th floors, and an infinity pool. The development also features a yacht marina, an art gallery, two movie theatres, a virtual golf simulator, a business centre and a conference room as well as a barbershop, and a kid’s playroom.
The British automaker has also integrated into its project Jacuzzis and cabanas, an ultra-luxurious sky bar, a chef’s kitchen, a ballroom, and private dining areas. Noteworthy, all common areas are designed at the brand’s design studio in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
Aston Martin Residences development
The project was delivered in partnership with G&G Business Developments, LLC. an independent luxury real estate developer with a portfolio of innovative residential and commercial projects in prestigious locations around the world.
Its design was carried out by Aston Martin’s esteemed design team in collaboration with world-leading architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger (BMA). The latter is a global architecture and urban planning firm based in Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile and Miami.
The 1.25 acres or rather the 0.5 hectares site that Aston Martin Residences Miami sits on was purchased back in 2014. Five years later, in 2019, the first concrete pour, the largest single pour to date in the Miami region, was poured for more than 36 hours. By the end of the following year, 2020, over 30 of the 66 floors of the building had been built.
A year later, on December 1, 2021, the Aston Martin Residences Miami officially topped out becoming the tallest all residential building south of New York City and the second tallest building overall in Miami and Florida. This milestone was marked with a fireworks display on the Miami River.
With the price tag of each of the residences set at more than a million dollars, the building is currently on sale. Cervera Real Estate, a Miami-based, family-owned and operated, international real estate company is handling sales of the 66-story tower.
According to reports, those buying a home in the Aston Martin Residences Miami will also receive an Aston Martin Vulcan or a DBX SUV.
