The second phase construction of the Marina Pointe in Tampa Bay is to begin later this year when the construction of the second tower will begin. Currently the development already boasts a completed Tower One which has 118 condos and 7 Harbour Homes. There are later plans in phase three for a Tower Three that will have condos ranging from 1600 to 3700 square feet.
The second phase
The tower will consist of 151 condos ranging in size from 1100 to 3300 square feet of floor space. In addition 7 Harbour Homes will also be constructed each covering 3300 square feet.
Location
The Marina Pointe in Tampa Bay is a part of the Westshore Marina District which is a private peninsula covering about 52 acres of idyllic shopping and recreational facilities that include water sports and boating. It is located along Westshore and Gandy Boulevards with impressive views of Old Tampa Bay.

Amenities will include the following services

The private marina
Situated on a 13-acre deep-water basin the private marina will be capable of  accommodating yachts ranging from 40 to 90 feet in length, with ownership opportunities for private boat slips.

The contractor
The 3 tower waterfront Marina Pointe in Tampa Bay development has been designed by Kobi Karp Architcture for the developer BTI Partners. Coastal Construction were recently selected to be the contractor for the phase two of the Marina Pointe by developer Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners
What is the Westshore Marina District
Westshore Marina District is a 52-acre, mixed-use development in the City of Tampa, Florida. The project is being developed by BTI Partners who acquired the 52 acre plot after the last recession. The plan involves 3 phases of which Phase one was completed in May 2023. When compelted the development will boast about 240,000 square feet of retail and office space, 1,750 residential units and a 200-room hotel.
