The bid for blue line presented by the consortium of China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group, Arab Contractors Company of Egypt, Binladin Contracting Group and Spain’s Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) said to be well below $6 billion.
