The point which is located in Saudi Arabia is expected to be opened on the last months of 2027 and will boost of a variety of amenities. The amenities include hospitality, entertainment units, retail malls and also one of a kind tourist attraction in Aseer.
The Point is situated in an approximate area of about 75,000 square meters compound. It is located on the main road connecting two cities of Abha and the Khamis Mushait governorate. Khamis Mushait is exactly 7 kilometers from Abha city center and 14 minutes from Abha international airport.

The project will also be inclusive of sample of shops, nice restaurants, both local and international standards cafes. Moreover, it will boast a cinema mall and also addition to luxury Hilton hotel apartments and an additional hotel by Hilton known as Canopy.

In another similar projects “The Neom’’ which is the biggest known project in Saudi Arabia currently covers approximately 10,200 square miles. It will comprise of 10 regions, four of which have been let known to the public so far, including a 170-kilometer-long city called The line. Together with the Line, the planned projects region includes Oxagon, a port city shaped like an octagon, Trojena and a resort called Sindalah.
Roshn
Although not well known as its counterpart Neom, Roshn is equally a huge project and it will hit the headlines. This project was set up by the public investment funds which is required to increase the rate of home ownership in Saudi Arabia.To achieve this, it has set its objectives and goals to building 400,000 homes.
The Roshn project is already underway and has managed to construct 6,000 homes. An additional 27,000 homes are currently underway construction. Additionally, the project will also ensure the construction of 850 mosques,2400 schools and plant one million trees.

King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)
Another project known as King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), perhaps not a big project, was begun before the announcement of vision 2030.The project is a big one and will be considered a residential district in the city of Riyadh upon completion.
Carefully planned by a Danish studio Henning Larsen, the 1,600,000 -square-meter project will contain 61 skyscrapers and towers. All of the buildings in this project development will have an inclusive airconditioned bridges. Moreover, at the same time there will be a six-station monorail system run within the site of the project.
The district in downtown will be interconnected to the under-construction Riyadh Metro by the large, Zaha Hadid architects handled by King Abdullah Financial District Metro station.
This project is fully owned by the public investment fund. It includes its vision “making tomorrow more entertaining” will develop and run approximately 10 entertainment hubs across the country. Furthermore, there will be projects located in its main cities including Al Madinah, Tabuk, Yanbu which have already been commenced.
The project is aimed at providing quality and affordable entertainment to the growing youthful population. It will include indoor arenas, arcades, bowling ,indoor golf, surfing indoors ,climbing, skydiving centres and cinemas.
