The Rivaan Centre is an office block located in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. Valued at an estimated US$6 million dollars, the building comprises 58,000sq.ft built-up area across 5 floors of office and retail space.
Construction began on the project in mid-2014 and was completed in 2015. It is owned by Sameer Investments Ltd.

Merali to construct US$23m Rivaan Centre office block in Nairobi, Kenya
Businessman Naushad Merali has made plans to construct a US$23m office block in Westlands, Nairobi.
Rivaan center is conveniently located just off Waiyaki way and Brookside drive. Located on the periphery of Westlands, it is minutes away from the CBD and Gigiri and is in the heart of Nairobi’s upcoming and affluent residential and retail neighborhoods.
The new office development will be constructed on Muguga Green, off Brookside Drive. Construction works have already started and the offices are scheduled to be completed by end of Aug 2015. The new development will be a seven-storey building called Rivaan Centre and is targeting both companies and individuals who want to set up high-end eateries in the building.
