Related Cos. has completed its 360 Rosemary Office Tower which is one of the first major new Class A office buildings, to be built in the city in over a decade. This 297,000-square-foot office building, is located at 360 Rosemary Ave, within the Rosemary Square shopping, dining and entertainment area in West Palm Beach.
The 360 Rosemary Office Tower is a 20-story Class A building, designed to match up to the LEED Gold environmental building standards and it consists of several shared areas such as a fitness center, a lobby café, several conference rooms, and a rooftop terrace with greenery.

In addition, this 360 Rosemary Office Tower has also been designed with state-of-the-art technology which includes motion sensors and facial recognition which enable employees to access the building without having to touch surfaces. The building designs also include destination dispatch technology for the elevators; sun-tracking technology for automatic activation of window shades; technology that adjusts the lighting based on the time of the day; and hands-free fixtures for the bathrooms.
The 360 Rosemary Office Tower building has come to West Palm Beach at a time when the city is attracting many financial firms from outside the state and it also has the advantage of being one of the closest office buildings to the city’s Brightline passenger rail, which will give commuters easy accessibility to Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Orlando. In addition, 360 Rosemary also features about 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 606 parking spaces.

Other companies involved in the development of the 360 Rosemary Office Tower include the Boston-based Elkus Manfredi, serving as the architects; and Fort Lauderdale-based Moss & Associates, as the general contractor. Leo A. Daly in Omaha, Nebraska was the designer of the project.
