A brand new 31-storey multi-million development dubbed Upper House at Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai has been launched. The development is a result of a partnership between The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and Ellington Properties. Furthermore, the development is Ellington Properties’ first-ever, residential development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).
The Upper House at Jumeirah Lake Towers was designed by the award-winning international design and executive architect in Riyadh and Dubai, Brewer Smith Brewer. The design embodies a holistic design philosophy. In addition, it features Ellington Properties‘ signature, top-tier, high-quality amenities.

The development will feature 754 units, which will include elegant studios. Additionally, it will also include one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The residences will include a residential clubhouse, a podcast room, a pet play area, as well as a movie theatre. The residences will further include a record lounge, a pet play area, and an outdoor barbeque area alongside a kids’ play area.

Moreover, residents will benefit from the various facilities including an interactive fitness studio as well as a yoga studio. Furthermore, residents will also have direct access to a health club with a climbing wall, padel, and basketball courts as well as a sky spa.
The Upper House at Jumeirah Lake Towers strives to offer residents expansive views of the Jumeirah Islands. Taking it a step further, it also aims to offer spectacular views of the Dubai Marina skyline.
With a total cost of $327 million, the project is due for completion by early 2026.
Remarks on the project
The Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC spoke about the project. Ahmed bin Sulayem noted that the project strives to support businesses as well as serve its residents. Most importantly, the development aims to create a unique experience for visitors.
