Iman Developers launch The Grove luxury development project in Dubai Hills

The Dubai-based and leading residential developer, Iman Developers, has officially announced the launch of The Grove. The luxury development stands as the eighth project to be a part of the developer’s residential portfolio as it strives to offer the pinnacle of modern living for residents.

The Grove carries a total value of approximately AED 194 million ($52.82 million). The brand new 9-story development will add up to 121 units for sale. These will include a studio, 1 BHK (bedroom, hall, and kitchen), 2 BHK as well as 3 BHK homes.

The apartments will range from 414 to 477 square feet and 700 to 898 square feet. Additionally, the apartments will also range from 1,078 to 1,292 square feet and lastly, 1,706 to 2,560 square feet.

The Grove development features and amenities

While speaking about the project, the Director of Iman Developers said that every square foot of the project is going to be designed to offer a luxurious experience. Ismail Marfani further remarked that the project aims to serve as a representation of elegant personification.

Residents of The Grove will enjoy an array of amenities that include a 25-meter recreational pool, alongside cabanas as well as decks with a view of the green, picturesque, Dubai Hills community. Furthermore, the development will also feature a rooftop adults pool with a jacuzzi, and a fully functional gym equipped with the latest fitness equipment, just to name a few.

Quite impressively, the apartments will also feature sustainable living with smart living features. These include the Google Nest Thermostats that turn on and off on the basis of usage patterns. In addition to offering a smart solution to energy saving, the smart living feature will also provide for complete automation.

Moreover, each apartment unit will also feature highly secure smart door locks with a fingerprint sensor integrated door handle.
