Summit business park, a US$ 52M industrial project is set for development in Arizona. The project will be developed by Mohr Capital, a real estate investment company that is based in Dallas. The 46.26 acres project site is located in Surprise, one of the fastest developing cities in the state. Capital VIII LLC sod the property to Mohr Capital for US$ 014.6M in January.

The Summit business park will feature 2 Class A industrial buildings, Building 1 and Building 2. Building 1 will be 453,960-square-foot while building 2 will be 250,512 square feet. The first building consists of 106 dock doors, as well as an auto parking system with a 368 holding capacity, parking spaces for 144 trailers and a 145-truck court. The parking area will be fully secured with a 36-foot clearance.

The second building, on the other hand, will offer 4 grade-level doors, and 58 dock doors. It will also include an auto parking system with a 338 holding capacity, parking spaces for 81 trailers, in addition to a 135-truck court. The system will be fully secured with a 32-foot clearance. The groundbreaking of this industrial park is scheduled for August 2022. Its delivery date is set for the summer of 2023. 

Expectations for the Summit Business Park

The Summit Business Park buildings will be available for lease by manufacturing and logistics companies throughout the Southwest region. JLL will handle the leasing arrangements and marketing for the park.

Noteworthy, the industrial park is positioned at an ideal location. It is less than 4 miles away from Northern Parkway next to the Crescent Crown Distributing warehouse at 13430 W. Sweetwater Ave. Summit Business Park is easily accessible to Maricopa County and creates a link to Loop 303 and Loop 101. It is expected to service large urban areas that can be accessed for delivery within one or two days.
