An agreement was recently signed for the development of Four Seasons Resort & Private Residences in Muscat, Oman, on a former yacht marina and club site. The agreement was signed between Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, an international luxury hotel and resort company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN), Oman’s leading tourism-related investment, development and management company.
The Four Seasons Resort & Private Residences in Muscat will reportedly feature the recreation of a former yacht marina and club into 200 rooms and suites as well as 100 private residences. When completed, the project is forecasted to provide guests and residents access to five dining outlets, a private beach, alongside outdoor and indoor pools accompanied by cabanas.
Features of the proposed Four Seasons Resort & Private Residences in Muscat
In addition to the water sports activities set to be offered on the onsite beach, the Four Seasons Resort & Private Residences in Muscat will also feature various facilities. These will include but are not limited to spa and fitness facilities, and a tennis centre. There will also be a dedicated Kids For All Seasons and young adults centre for the younger guests.
