Agreement Signed for Development of Peaks Resort and Golf Course in Lakowe, Nigeria

A partnership agreement has been signed for the development of the proposed Peaks Resort and Golf Course in Lakowe, Ibeju Lekki. The agreement was signed between Efficacy Construction and Practique Solutions Limited.

The project spans nearly 40 hectares of land in a swanky setting. It includes a golf course, luxurious sites and serviced plots. In addition, it has an artificial lake, a five-star resort, and a top-notch infrastructure. The latter include quality underground drainage systems, clean water, 24/7 CCTV, and good road connections. These are in addition to internet systems, recreation facilities, and most importantly, a secure environment.

The Peak Resorts and Golf Course in Lakowe is described as a unique project. This is according to the managing director/CEO of Efficacy, Dr. Oyeleke Ajiboye. Moreover, the CEO explained that the project seeks to provide not only luxury but also sustainable living. This is mainly due to its location in a serene natural environment. Furthermore, the project has attributes to promote and preserve green space.

The project is primarily residential but it has spaces designated for commercial use. According to Dr. Ajiboye, the development which is situated near the Lekki-Epe expressway has a flexible payment plan. The CEO explained that the plan allows investors to place a deposit and spread the remainder out over 6 to 12 months.

Partnership with Lagos State Government to expedite delivery of the project

Efficacy Construction is reportedly working closely with the Lagos State Government. This Dr. Ajiboye said that it is in a bid to ensure that investors’ and subscribers’ building projects receive expedited building approval.

The CEO further revealed that they made the decision to develop the Peaks Resort and Golf Course in Lakowe in response to the country’s current economic situation. Nigerians would not only have access to quality living but also to one that is both sustainable and cost-effective.

As part of the project, he added, a five-star resort will be built. The company is looking to partner with a hospitality company.
