A look at Alpha Residential’s Apex Diamond Ridge in Pittsburgh

Alpha Residential’s 352-unit multifamily development in Diamond Ridge district, Pittsburgh, will have 300 apartments and build-to-rent (BTR) townhomes taking the rest of the units. Alpha’s residential project in Pittsburgh will also offer one- and two- bedroom alongside “state-of-the-art” amenities. Expected are swimming pools, fitness centers, and built-in garages for the three-bedroom townhomes.

Also enticing are the premium features included in individual units. They will have massive nine-foot ceilings, exquisite quartz counter-tops, and feature an innovative interior design. And of the design concept, Alpha Residential’s Apex Diamond Ridge will also integrate geothermal energy for use in the apartments and townhomes. A move to enhance the project’s energy efficiency and the company’s sustainability goals.

Alpha Residential’s strategically located Apex Diamond Ridge sits 6 miles from Pittsburgh International Airport, a growing location in dire need for housing options. Also facing this need is Western Pittsburgh’s suburban, around 13 miles away – a location that Alpha Residential has now marked a dwelling presence in. According to the Pittsburgh-based residential developer, the development is expected to blend into the dynamic mixed-use Diamond Ridge district, and enhance its development.
