The developers of Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables have announced a milestone in the construction of the mixed-use project in Florida. Belmont Village Senior Living and Baptist Health South Florida said that the 10-story, 350,000-square-foot property has topped out.
The development features a 209-car parking garage, 239,000 square feet of luxury apartments, and elegantly designed common area amenities. In addition, the Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables is located close to the Shops at Merrick Park. The development residents will therefore have access to large indoor/outdoor spaces. Moreover, they will enjoy an elegant restaurant with an outdoor dining terrace and a relaxed bistro for coffee.

Furthermore, Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables will feature a resort-style pool, screening rooms, a fully stocked art studio, and exercise programs.
Services to be offered at the Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables
Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables will offer speech therapy services. A holistic approach to elder health, with a focus on prevention, will also be provided by “Live Healthy by Baptist Health.”
Fast-track diagnostic services and lab tests will also be offered by Live Healthy. In addition, the development will be staffed by Baptist Health clinicians, including a nurse, social worker, care coach, and dietitian. Furthermore, complimentary resources for exercise, nutrition, and illness prevention will be provided at the Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables.
Baptist Health and Belmont Village have “the same aim of providing high-quality and compassionate care for the community.” This is according to Ana Lopez-Blazquez who is Baptist Health’s executive vice president and chief strategy and transformation officer.
