The underdevelopment Berton development project in Dubai, UAE, is 64.9% complete according to Azizi Developments, a leading real estate and lifestyle developer.
The developer explained that the residential building’s blockwork and structure have been fully completed while the internal plastering works are 99% complete. All the elevator works are 96% complete with the second phase of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) having reached 51% completion. Facade works have reached 85% while tiling works have reached 90%.
The CEO of Azizi Developments, Fahad Azizi, stated that joining forces with several hardworking parties and an extraordinary contractor have contributed to the project’s progress. He noted that the unique way of life the project embodies reflects the company’s vision of urbanism.
The developer aims to deliver the Berton Development Project by the third quarter of 2022.
