Construction has officially broken ground on a new industrial plant in Northern Phoenix, Arizona by LGE Design Build. The full-service commercial general contractor is constructing the 46,585-square-foot facility, which has excellent access to key transportation routes such as Loop 101 and I-17 and is just a few miles north of Phoenix’s bustling downtown, which is appealing to many companies looking to establish a base in the country’s fifth-largest city. The project will have cutting-edge industrial facilities, as well as best-in-market clear height and loading area proportions, all with modern finishes.

When completed in Q4 2022, the building will have a sleek modern design on the outside and cutting-edge industrial facilities on the inside. “We are pleased to break ground on these industrial flex buildings,” said Libitzky Property Companies principal Kevin Perkins. “The Deer Valley region is a very strong market, and demand continues to surpass supply of available assets,” said Libitzky Property Companies Principal Kevin Perkins. “With a strong need for new industrial space in one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, LGE Design Build is meeting the demand for high-quality goods built in a timely manner in the Phoenix Metro region,” said Grant Blunt, Vice President of Construction at LGE Design Build.

LGE Design Build is also planning to establish a new industrial plant in Buckeye, Los Angeles, with a footprint of 860,602 square feet and the ability to expand to 211,000 square feet. The modern architecture style of 10 West Commerce Park includes huge glass window features and stamped concrete. The cross-dock distribution center will also provide end-users with best-in-class functionality. It is only a 30-minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and a six-hour journey to the California seaports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
