The construction of Okan, a 70-story mixed-use tower at 555 North Miami Ave has begun. This is according to Okan Group which maintains an enormous portfolio of recognized mixed-use projects. These projects have won the business a global name in the construction, banking, textile, manufacturing, and tourist industries.

The Okan mixed-use tower includes 163 Sky Residences with special owner-only facilities. A 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel with a complete array of amenities and entertainment spaces are also included. Furthermore, there will be 236 Short-Term Rental Residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Featured as well is 64,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space. Residents will enjoy ground-floor arrival entry with dedicated 24-hour reception and concierge, in addition to a 70th-floor rooftop pool. There will also be a sky deck with private cabanas and magnificent views of downtown and Biscayne Bay. A 12th-floor lap pool with a clubroom and indoor and outdoor lounges are among the amenities.

Fortune Development Sales are the only marketer and seller of Okan Tower. Behar Font & Partners designed the tower which features a distinctive curving façade inspired by the Turkish national flower, the tulip.
