There will be two structures in the industrial park. The structure will be the biggest in Caldwell with one being 59,520 square feet and the other being 336,960 square feet. Furthermore, the center is being built by Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company. Their initial endeavor in Idaho is Sky Ranch.
Further, Sky Ranch will be situated off Smeed Parkway, close to the entrance to Caldwell.

LPC West and McAlvain Construction presented a $2,000 donation to The Mentoring Network, an organization that pairs at-risk kids in Idaho with adult mentors, at the event.
Along with representatives from LPC West, McAlvain Construction, and the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, Caldwell Mayor Jarom Wagoner spoke during the groundbreaking. The design partner on the project is Cushing Terrell.
Additionally, according to Nicoll, they are negotiating with a single substantial tenant who may take up the majority of the larger structure. They are going after renters and companies with a manufacturing focus.
Expectations for the Sky Ranch Logistics Center
The Sky Ranch Logistics Center’s construction is anticipated to be finished in the first quarter of 2024.
“We arrived in Caldwell for a number of reasons. The fact that Caldwell and Idaho in general are business-friendly communities is one of the key motivators. Caldwell has recently done a fantastic job of luring companies that are looking for industrial space. This is the main reason we wanted to start the project,” said Trever Nicoll, senior VP of LPC West.
