Kelsey-Seybold Memorial Villages Clinic, a new 125,000-square-foot medical office building recently broke ground in Spring Valley Village, Texas. This project is scheduled to open by the summer of 2022 and it will be developed and co-owned by CBK Interests, a commercial real estate investment firm and Saber Streets, a health asset management firm.
Construction work has begun on the Memorial Villages Clinic and the first steel beams have already been erected. This five-story, Class AA medical office building is being developed the inside Spring Valley Village city, on the north side of the Katy Freeway at 1001 Campbell Road and it will have enough room for about 50 health care providers, attending to the healthcare needs of adults and children.

Kelsey-Seybold Memorial Villages Clinic to provide multi-specialty services
According to a managing partner at Saber Street, Rob Choksi, the multispecialty section of the Memorial Villages Clinic would be from the first to the fourth floor of the building; this space will also consist of an image imaging center and a pharmacy. While the top floor will house the operating rooms. He also said, “The development of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Memorial Villages is a bold step in providing a wide array of clinical, diagnostic and surgical services in a convenient location close to home.”
A principal of CBK Interests, Cullen Kappler also spoke in favor of the project and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to work together with dedicated medical professionals at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic; to accomplish the development of this high standard health care facility, which would benefit the local community by delivering the best-in-class healthcare services.
The City Administrator, Julie Robinson welcomed the new development to the community and said that the Memorial Villages Clinic would improve their health care services. Robinson also spoke on the importance of healthcare services especially during these post pandemic times. He also said, “It’s important now more than ever that smaller municipalities plan for and incorporate medical services into their development plans.”
Other companies involved in the Memorial Villages Clinic development include the Houston-based Kirksey Architecture, in charge of the design and engineering services; Houston-based Tellepsen, serving as the general contractor; and the Tennessee-based First Horizon Bank who provided the construction financing.
