Seefried Properties‘ Los Angeles office, in collaboration with capital partner Clarion Partners, LLC, have announced the start of work on a new state-of-the-art logistics center dubbed South 95 Logistics Center.
The project, which includes three points of access and egress, concrete tilt-up walls, seven-inch reinforced concrete flooring, 30 – 32′ clear height, 60′ speed bays and 60’x52′ column spacing, 635 auto stalls, and an ESFR sprinkler system, is located in the East Henderson submarket.

With frontage along Lake Mead Parkway, South 95 Logistics Center, shall offer tenants connectivity to US-95 and the Interstate 215 as well as access to an abundance of amenities on the Lake Mead Parkway thoroughfare.
The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.

The South 95 Logistics Center in Los Angeles will have +/- 406,070-square-feet of industrial space spread over four buildings with sizes ranging from 57,146 to 136,174 square feet and office space tailored to each.
Designed by HPA Architecture (HPA) Inc., a multi-disciplined design corporation that offers services in architecture, planning, and interiors to institutions, corporations, and developers throughout the Western United States, the project is aimed at medium-to-large-sized distribution, fulfilment, e-commerce, and light industrial customers.
The leasing operations of the South 95 Logistics Center will be headed by the CBRE team of Jake Higgins, Sean Zaher, and Garrett Toft. Taney Engineering, a full-service civil engineering and land survey company that strives to deliver successful, bold, and innovative solutions to public and private clients and communities, is the civil engineer, while TWC Construction is the general contractor.
