The Capstone at Centerra project by Hunt Midwest and Pinkard Construction, a senior living general contractor from Colorado, has been finished. This assisted living and memory care facility for seniors, designed by Pi Architects, will be run by Integral Senior Living.
There will be 102 assisted living and memory care units available at Capstone at Centerra. Furthermore, there will be space for up to 114 residents.
The two-story, 79,000-square-foot senior living community was designed with inspiration from the local buildings and Colorado’s natural landscape. It is a part of the 3,000-acre Centerra master-planned community.

“Pinkard has a deep understanding of senior living and multi-family developments, which made the construction process streamlined and predictable.
Further, according to Jeff Redhage, Hunt Midwest’s director of construction management, Capstone at Centerra will provide residents with a range of interesting amenities.
These include a great room, formal dining room, and fitness centre. Additionally, a salon, bistro café, sunroom, walking trails, gazebo, and dog park.

According to Derek Stathis, Pinkard Construction’s construction manager, “We are honoured to have contributed to bringing this project to Loveland.
Developments by Hunt Midwest other than The Capstone at Centerra in Colorado
Across the country, Hunt Midwest has built senior housing complexes. The business has also created Capstone developments in suburban Nashville and southeast Florida. This is in addition to the new Capstone-branded community in Loveland.
Furthermore, over 95 senior living home developments and nearly 200 multi-family projects totalling $3.9 billion in construction have been finished by Pinkard to date. In January, The Capstone at Centerra is scheduled to debut.
